Really I feel very happy to express gratitude to Dear Jyoti madam for an outstanding advice and service she has rendered to me. I recollect my visit to LIC Induranagar branch in September 2020 , immediately the next month of my retirement. I hardly had any knowledge of LIC investment schemes. Myself and my wife were just sitting in the lobby and watching the notice board and hordings to aquent ourselves. Jyoti madam was there in the lobby and after sensing our confusion , made us comfortable and guided us which we both remember still now. After that, I shifted myself from Indiranagar to Hosa Road. Even though I did not met her after September 2020, she never forgot us to wish us on our important days and festivals. Recently, I had some complications regarding my Vayovandana pension payment, she took the whole responsibility over phone and after a lapse three years she attended my request and for which I personally indebted to her. Jyoti madam is an embodiment of service and always we observe her enthusiasm providing alternate options of investment to her clients.
